Tim Mattson, Senior Principal Engineer, Intel Bringing AI into your workflow is so much more than just training. Data needs to be curated, accessed, updated, and have the ability to move. Data Storage engines may not be as "sexy" as fancy AI methods, but if the storage engine is inadequate, the best algorithms in the world won't do you any good at all. This talk will focus on how scientists and developers can think through the entire AI workflow, solving real problems with real, measured performance. Access to persistent storage determines overall performance, and for data defined in arrays, an array storage manager is the key.
